Defaults to the 12 most recent quarters, up to 40. Pick the window with `quarters`, or with `from`/`to` (both inclusive). Missing quarters are null, never 0; a negative value is a net withdrawal. Each endpoint consumes a **weighted** amount of your per-minute quota; every response carries `X-RateLimit-*` headers.
